Raising a child with special needs comes with its unique challenges, and we’re here to support you through it. The Exceptional Mom Conference is dedicated to encouraging, empowering, and guiding you along the way.
This year, we’re thrilled to welcome:
Nicole Callander, Founder of Friends 4 Kindness, who will share her journey as both a mom and an advocate, navigating the systems for children and now adults with special needs.
Alisa Foster, Board Member of Friends 4 Kindness, who will provide insights on the RDSP (Registered Disability Savings Plan) as a financial advisor and a mom of a son with Autism.

Come see Friends 4 Kindness at the COMMUNITY RESOURCE INFORMATION FAIR: An information fair for adults living with a disability and caregivers.
Hosted by the Parent Resource Group in Brantford.
What to expect:
Community Agencies & Organizations: Information tables from community agencies & organizations will be available to answer your question about accessing and using their services.
Community Presentations: Several presentations on valuable topics relevant to our community will be scheduled throughout the event.
Confirmed Agencies & Presenters: Community Living Brant, Open Doors, Willowbridge Community Services, Crossing All Bridges Learning Centre Shredding Barriers, Brantwood Community Services, Developmental Services Ontario (DSO), Sensity, Microboards Ontario, Brant Lift, Alisa Foster - Financial Advisor RDSPs, Ontario Caregivers Organization, Participation Support Services, Guiding Hands, Butterly Community Choir, Friends 4 Kindness, March of Dimes. In 2019, Friends 4 Kindness proudly hosted our inaugural Unbirthday Party, extending a warm welcome to over 700 children and adults from across Ontario, Canada. The event gained national attention, and ever since, we've been deeply moved by the countless pictures and notes from attendees. They've shared heartwarming tales of forging friendships at our Unbirthday Party, full out gatherings and hangouts beyond our event.
